Cycle Route Figueres - Roses
Routes
The route which is fully signposted runs through the northern Alt Empordà district. It starts in els Fossos car park in Figueres, which is the capital town of the district, it travels through a minor road and passes through some villages such as Vilatenim, Palol and Vilanova de la Muga. It then winds its way through paths and trails through Estanyol and Vilaüt. Further east it crosses the route to the wetlands, Natural Park of Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. It finally heads for Roses fortress following the GR-92.
Level: Easy, not hilly, good paths.
