Parc Bosc

The Parc Bosc (‘Forest Park’) of Figueres is a green space formed by a large rockery space filled with vegetation, mostly woodland, designed for leisure use by the town’s inhabitants. It is complemented by a broad tree-lined promenade all along its southern edge, named Passeig Nou, and by three roadways that encircle it to the east, north and west, named Ronda Jacint Verdaguer, Ronda del Rector Arolas and Ronda Del Parc. Until well into the 20th century this entire area was free of buildings.
