Pa amb tomata

Gastronomy

Ingredients:
 
  • Bread 
  • Ripe tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

 Preparation:

Slice the bread.
Cut the tomato in half and rub onto the bread.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Eat the bread immediately to stop it from going too soft.

Variations:
The slices of bread can be served toasted.
The bread can be topped with ham, cured sausage, cheese, omelette, anchovies, etc.
