Sweet Pork sausage



  • 600 g sweet pork sausages
  • 1 sprig of cinnamon
  • Lemon peel
  • Garnatxa wine
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Lard
  • Water


Brown the sausages well in a casserole with the oil and lard. Add the sprig of cinnamon, the lemon peel, a little Garnatxa wine and hot water until the sausages are almost covered. Cook slowly until the sausages have absorbed all of the water.

This dish can be accompanied with apple (see “Sweet pork sausage with apple”). When cooked, you can toast slices of bread with the final reduction.
